Workshop Description |
Green Horse OR Green/inexperienced rider For those of you who feel that you and/or your horse are inexperienced, spend the day gaining more tools to build a safe and long lasting partnership. We classify a green/inexperienced rider as someone who has had LESS THAN TWO YEARS OF CONSISTENT RIDING. |
Despooking Workshop Control, respect and despooking from the ground and in the saddle. Various objects that you would see on the trail will be introduced to your equine for the despooking phase (Dogs, livestock, four-wheelers, bridges, water, flares, gunfire, fire, barbeques, etc.) |
Beginning Driving This workshop is both a continuation of the Introduction to driving clinic, as well as a beginner driving workshop for participants that have limited driving experience. |
Trail Safety Workshop Learn how to safely introduce your equine to various obstacles that you would find out on the trail. Get introduced to hobbling your equine. Workshop will held in both an arena, as well as out on the trail. |
CONTROL ISSUES Gain control of the forward/headstrong equine with respect and partnership through body language, energy, understanding and leadership |
Advanced Equine Partnership Learn to deal & overcome fear issues, start working on more advanced maneuvers: developing a spin, lead changes, side passing, etc. Learning and perfecting the one rein and calvary stop |
